Queer Visalia - A local gay blog

So I just have to stop and brag some on Visalia’s GLBT+ representin’ at the The Depot for Pink Tuesday!  We had 45 people show up (a new record) and enjoy drink specials and free appetizers.  We even had a VIP appearance by Visalia’s very own, and very OUT, city council person…Amy Shuklian!  Pink Tuesday is really starting to pick up steam and there is such a great mix of queers:  single, couples, men, women, younger and older.  I’m very proud of our efforts in the south Valley, and we’ve even caught the attention of the media!  Comcast’s community spotlight, channel 14, stopped by to do some interviews highlighting Queer Visalia’s efforts to bring some positive visibility to the local gay community!  Woo hoo!  So mark it down.  Every Tuesday from 6pm to 9pm at The Depot in Visalia…come hang out and chill with some of the coolest queers in the south Valley.  Remember:  Pink is the new blue!
